Return Policy

We thank you for purchasing our jewelry and want you to be happy with your order. Mia Elliott is dedicated to providing a positive shopping experience. If you are not satisfied with your order, we will gladly accept your return within 7 days of your order's arrival. Returned merchandise must include vendor packaging and tags, and be in the same condition as when it was received. Used merchandised cannot be returned unless defective. Custom designed orders cannot be returned or exchanged. Items purchased at other stores must be returned where purchased.

Once your returned is processed a refund will be made in the form of the original payment.  Shipping charges cannot be refunded. Please allow 6-8 business days for the refund to post to your account.


To return an item please ship your order to our studio with a copy of your receipt. We recommend that you ship with an insured courier. Mia Elliott is not responsible for items damaged or lost in transit.

Product Care

Each piece of Mia Elliott Jewelry is hand-crafted and requires delicate handling. Please follow our recommended care to a sure the long life of your jewelry.
Store your jewelry in a jewelry box or protective bag/case. Occasionally gently wipe with a soft damp cloth.

Repair Policy

We will repair any jewelry design purchased through MiaElliott.CO. Items purchased through other retailers must be returned for repair to the store where the item was purchased. Please email concerning your repair needs.

  • More than 1 year is subject to repair fee. *Fee is contingent upon material availability and nature of repair.
